Are you getting an error? Is it saying you're muted? Is it that you're typing and pressing enter but the lines aren't showing up on the screen?

Please contact support at https://www.r2games.com/support/?ac=...&ticket_type=7. If you're able to take a screenshot of the banned message, please attach that to your ticket. Include your character name and server in the message portion and let them know you need to be unbanned from chat.
Your ticket message can simply say: Character: ... Server: ... I need to be unbanned from chat.
If you were auto chat banned by the system for whatever it is considering to be spamming (it seems to consider some guild recruitment messages as spam, for example), and not chat banned for breaking chat rules, then they will remove the ban.New R2 Community Discord Server: https://discord.gg/VFMzFDqKq5
