Start by clearing your cache and cookies, or using a different browser. If you're using the client, use a browser.
Note: If you're playing the mobile version, this forum is only for the browser version. All mobile version issues need to go through the in-app support link.
If the above did not help at all, please provide your ingame name and server, and specific examples of where you lag and what happens while you are lag.
