This is crazy, in order to blitz events that you have already cleared it says you have to be a certain BR; i.e. exp trial on Normal, hard, and Nightmare you need 95mil BR to blitz.
All other things can be blitzed once cleared, or to level cleared, so why not the same in dungeon events?
