Could someone walk me through how to change from my current (French speaking) Alliance to an English speaking alliance? This time I want to ensure they speak english, hard to help a lot when you can't ask questions nor communicate very well

You can leave your alliance by clicking on the Alliance button at the bottom of the screen, then click the 'Alliance Feature' tile, and then 'Leave Alliance'.
