This has happened to me before also, is this a bug? If so, has it been fixed? I haven't been combining weapons anymore because of the power loss. Thanks for your help!Comment

Every weapon you obtain adds to your battle power. Combining weapons removes the power of the ones you're consuming and gives you power for the new, better one.
