Yes, you can have more than one account. You can only play as one "character" in Game of Thrones per account.

Your question has a fairly obvious answer. Since an email can only be used for one account, if you only have one email, you can only have one R2 account. There are other platforms that have this game, and they are all connected to the same server, so you could use your one email and make accounts elsewhere. Google can help you located those, just search game of thrones winter is coming online game.
Email accounts are free to create. There's lots of options to use, such as gmail, yahoo, proton. Proton lets you skip adding a phone number. You're allowed to have as many email addresses as you want.
