gray box removal

How do I get rid of the gray box saying "..it seems something wrong, please refresh and try again",,,, that is sitting in the middle of my screen obstructing access to things. This has been coming up since the start of joining and has not disappeared.........thank you all for any help...............

It seems like such a terrible answer, but a lot of times, with this game, it's the browser. Not all the time - there are definitely some bugs, not gonna lie.

Looking into it a little more, seems this occurs most often with Chrome following some update they did a couple months ago. For some, disabling the "same site by default cookies" feature in "chrome://flags/#same-site-by-default-cookies" helps to resolve the issue. For others, just using a different browser was the solution.

I use Chrome for the game and I haven't experienced any problems so far, but my friend who also uses Chrome has experienced the same thing. We used team viewer and I was able to get it resolved. Here is what I did to fix it. Close the game and exit out of R2games.com. Go to chromes settings: chrome://settings/cookies?search=cookies and make sure you haven't checked "block all third party cookies". Scroll down the page and click on "See all cookie and site data" then click on "remove all". Exit out of Chrome settings, open up R2games.com and log into the game. I hope that helps.
