Logged in this morning expecting to be able today , and when the game it does refreshes at an alarming slow frame rate, it is updating every 2-3 seconds, this can be seen as the timers i have on building skip this amount of time.

So i refreshed to no avail
So I cleared all cache browser history the lot - still the same, but now, before i even get into the game i get notifications on the throne loading page

I have now tried another PC, and another browser, and still get the same issues - so I know this issue is not at my end, and neither is my internet speed 70mb DL, 15mb up.

Nothing is loading right it takes about 5 minutes on the throne loading screen, and when i do manage to get in it is like watching stop motion animation when i click on an icon in game in takes 10-15 seconds to show on the screen, then another 10-15 seconds to acknowledge what i have done

In addition to this no game icons load like the inventory - just get "!"

I'm unable to reproduce the issues you are experiencing. If you are having these issues on two different computers, and both are connected through the same internet connection, it is possible for it to be an internet connection issue. Your internet could be fine, but it could be an issue at any point along the path between you and the server. You could try rebooting your router and see if maybe that helps, or you could make sure your truce is good and try back in a little while when the issue will most likely be resolved.

No disrespect - I work from home and the router is not the issue - as i have no issues there , this has been reset, rebooted a number of times - and I know that this is not an issue - personally - i am not bothered if you cant replicate the issues, the issues are there - if you would like a video will glady upload 1

Is nearly a 10 minute video of me trying to get into the game - u will see the mouse move as the screen stays static most of the time, u will see from about 5 minutes in move the camera so you can see the server time and the time in the bottom right match, this is why i know it is game play issues - if this was me, then the server time will not match the actual time - once it does load u will see the other issues i face, time lag, also every motion is is stuttering 2/3 seconds

New Update - I know this is not me as the client works with no issues

it is 17069807 - also what is happening, when the game loads is sticks on 50% for 5/10 seconds, then carrys on to 90%, then sticks for 2/3 minutes

This is very odd - i was sat on the client, and my characters name comes up as helping me (r2 games - ArrowQ) - this is not possible as the game was still trying to load as i was trying to get it to work - so something is up.

No worries - it is just annoyying - I have even gone as far as changing my password for the site, not even sure that will help - but a thought i had - it may be that the game is keeping me loogged in even tho i have closed the browser, which may cause the issues, but no idea - thanks for your help

update - I tethered this to my phone, different provider to my main ISP, exact same thing happens
update - the issues seems to be with Opera and Chrome, as Firefox seems to woek fine for the moment.

After maintenance, discovered hospital healing does not automatically give amount of rss to deduct. Open packs and not knowing how much is needed is bad. Need quick fix.

ellislsd Are you still having your connection issue? I finally heard back from them after they tested your account with no issue, but I don't want to ask you to provide what they are asking for if you aren't having the issue now.

I am not having an issues since i swithched to firefox

Chrome and Opera GX (considerably worse than Chrome) do the same this as I posted in the video

I'm glad you found a way that works. Personally, I use Firefox because I've never had any luck with the other browsers.

What they were going to ask you for was a screenshot or video of the 'Network' tab in the browser developer tools (F12, click Network tab) so they can see what's getting stuck.

Battle of the Narrow Sea causing issues in rest of Game. Outside of this event: It disables my city truce, Moves my city, Tells me my city was attacked while I was offline (I was refreshing to try to fix game issues, BUT never received any castle attack or loss of power...so attack must be in sea event, not my castle. So lost several truce(s) and precise transfers...also can not play that event until this is fixed. Server 237 Player RightIX.
