Exterior Coupon

I have got an exterior coupon from Recruitment Pass - but i cannot use it on any exteriors from the castle customize section - any ideas or is there something I am doing wrong?

You use the Exterior Coupon to purchase an exterior from the Shop in the Recruitment Pass. Then, you go to the Customize in your Castle and activate the skin from there.
