    Hello,

    I'm currently having a problem where my second build queue is not working. When I attempt to queue something up in my second build queue, it says "No idle queues". I bought the permanent second build queue pack about 6 days ago and it worked for the first 2 days before it stopped working.

    I've attempted to resolve this issue with 3 different support tickets and each time the developers tell me that my first build queue is working correctly. But that has nothing to do with what I'm talking about. I'm just about at my wits end with this because it's my SECOND build queue that I'm talking about. I've clarified this and presented screenshots and video proof so I'm not sure how to make myself any more clear. Is there anything I can do? Anyone else I can contact?

          It would seem your newest ticket was forwarded to the devs yesterday. I've sent along your video, and explained the importance of a swift resolution. Hopefully they will get that fixed for you soon.
