I purchased a 30-day monthly card for 100 black diamonds, wherein I should be receiving rewards every day for 30 days
but just after a few days, it's asking me to purchase it again?

I only received 3-5 days worth of rewards instead of the full 30 days.

Please help.

From what I understand, there's been a change to what the monthly card offers, resulting in needing to purchase a new monthly card, and so rewards for the remainder of the existing card were sent to mail. If the rewards are not what they should have been, or you did not receive that mail, please send in a ticket to https://www.r2games.com/support
