Can't server transfer

I attempting to server transfer but it says I still have troops in the Fiery crystal mines even though it's the week-end and the event is over.
I submitted a ticket but is there any other way to resolve this issue?

From what I've read about this issue, it seems if your dig ends during maintenance, the game sort of locks you in until the next time the event opens. The devs are aware of the issue, but there is no work around. I haven't seen anyone mention if the issue gets resolved after submitting a ticket, but adding your name to the list of people affected helps show the devs the issue is wide spread, so please do contact support at https://www.r2games.com/support
