Unable to log in

Is there a problem with logging in? The game is not loading either in the browser or application?
There are so many bugs lately..

Game loaded fine for me. If you're still having an issue, please try clearing your cache and restarting your device.

I've done all this many time, and the errors are just switching between black screen or the attached screenshot.
I always use chrome/edge/opera - just to reply for next advise.

furthermore, when it finally gets to the loading game video, there's no percentage loading, there's only neverending video

same bug at 25% in the loading game video and when it is working and i want to go to the world map bug at 19%. It begun yesterday in the evening.Firefox and google chrome and on 2 computer one bad one good.And other website are working well so it must be this game.

It's not the same because this thread is from January. Please always make your own thread for current issues if one from the same day does not already exist.
