I've been unable to login to the game with my other account. I've contacted support and they asked a few questions to prove that the account belongs to me.
Among the questions, they wanted me to send the three most recent receipts. However, I did only one purchase and they fail to understand that I cannot send 3 receipts because I have done just 1 purchase. The person insisted that I had to send 3 receipts otherwise they couldn't recover my account, which is crazy since I have done just 1 purchase.
Right now, the person who was supposed to help me recovering my account is ignoring me and just stopped replying the emails, because I haven't provided 3 receipts.
I'd like this issue to be resolved as soon as possible since I have provided all the necessary information on my account and I have not done 3 purchases, just 1.
