Tavern blocked commander

Hi, there's nothing I can do about one commander because something is blocked. I attached a photo

I'm not seeing what the problem is. Can you be more descriptive?

Problem is that i can not upgrade the status of that commander in Tavern, and nor cancel. The game tell me that commander needs more gifts but and can't give the commander more gifts because everything is stuck at that level

When i press the Quality upgrade nothing happens, the game tells me " Insufficient quality commander"

Quality of the commander is their upgrade level. Your Sabrina is grey, and you'll need improve Sabrina's quality to green in order to give her more gifts. I don't know why clicking Quality Upgrade isn't directing you to the appropriate area. If you have the required materials for increasing Sabrina's quality, you can upgrade her through the Commander icon, or at least find out what you need for upgrading her quality to green. Until you increase the quality to green, you won't be able to give more gifts. You should be able to select a different, non-maxed commander to give gifts to in the meantime.
