Tadeusz, the T, R, and B buffs are giving by the Protocol Officer in your Kingdom. The buffs are speed ups for training, research and building. You need to request the buff before you start the task and when you have done it so they can give the buff to the next person who requests.Comment

Some ruling alliances share King's Landing buffs, some don't. If you're on a kingdom with one that chooses not to, there are three options.
