Seems like I almost always have only 30 points to use in the Recruitment Pass shop. Once I had enough to purchase something in this shop. So how do I earn points? It seems like if I max out the Quest points for the day the shop points reset. Thanks in advance :-)

I'm at level 113, before I enter shop it says I have 140 out of 200 points, in shop I still only have 30 points. And I can't find anything telling me HOW to earn more points (other than purchasing them and doing daily quests. But seems like once I finish daily quests the level goes up and my points go down. The 140 out of 200 points is for your pass level. Your daily quests give you "pass reputation", which is the exp you need for your pass level. Pass exp is not Pass Coins.
As I said, you get Pass Coins as rewards for reaching specific pass levels. Lv 10 and 60, for example. Beyond Lv 100 if you buy one of the decrees.
