First off thanks for the codes for this event

I am trying to use D9 & D10 codes and it comes up "redemption code does not exist", D8 worked fine

Is there an issue or is a ticket needed to be sent?

further looking there was a space at the end of the code, so when double clicking to highlight this then copying then pasting this to reddem this copied the space - all is good now
