Snow Sword?

OK - I apparently received enough "shards" in GoT game to get the red weapon "Snow Wolf Sword". I can't find anywhere to "use" that weapon (game prompted me if I wanted to use it and I said yes). I looked under Commanders, no luck. I looked under inventory, no such luck. Any pages describing how to access and when/where we can use weapon? (Shards came from Fiery mines)
So another player stated the weapon goes to "the Commander it belongs to". I hovered over sword in Fiery mines, Snow Wolf Sword belongs to Robb Stark (whom I have, he is Gold). How can I verify it? I looked in the Main Hand weapon sop - I have zero "red" weapons, so not there either? Sorry - but very confusing. Poorly written description (there) so I "think" it may be related to awakening star level? Does he have to be a Star Level 4 to use it?

If you're still unable to located the weapon, please look through all of your commanders to see if it equipped to a different one. You can equip a weapon to another commander, but the bonus only applies when it's equipped to the correct one.

so went to Commanders and scrolled through all of them - none had a sword and when I looked at weapons that were red quality, I didn't see any. Is that the only way to see what weapons each Commander is using? When the Game told me I had the weapon it never asked what Commander I wanted to "use" it on, it only asked if I wanted to "Use" it, and I said yes.

Click the Commander icon on the bottom of the screen, click the Main-Hand tab, then click the fragment icon thing in the bottom left corner, scroll down to Robb, and see if the shards still need to be redeemed, please.

picture shows what I have - I have received more shards since Game asked if I wanted to use sword. But I can't tell if he is using sword.

Thank you for checking. The only thing left that I can suggest is to send in a ticket to https://www.r2games.com/support with the approximate date and time frame of when the game asked you to 'use' the weapon and ask if they can have your logs checked for where it went. I would include your screenshot of the weapon in your post here so there's no confusion about what you're looking for.

Ticket is still open, as is another one from several months ago.

Any tickets automatically close after a week or two when there's no response from either side. While you can always reply to the email, because that's just an email, on support's side, they can't respond once a ticket is closed. You'll need to submit a new ticket for any issue you have still outstanding.
