Here are the contents of this update:

1. New Features
- Added Commander Active Army Skill bonus. These bonus will be available from Album Collection and Castle Exteriors.

2. Siege of Winterfell Improvements
- Improved display of the rules for the event and the way information were displayed on screen.
- Royal Lords and Ladies can now preset in troop deployment.
- 5 new commanders are now available in Siege of Winterfell event.
- Hot Spring and Armory building will now be unlocked once the match has begun.
- Alliance Leader and Officers can now place alliance markers on the map.
- The battle reports during Siege of Winterfell can now be saved.
- Winterfell Resource will now provide 1000 less points.
- Siege of Winterfell will now be displayed on Activity Calendar in Benefit menu.
- Improved some other game experience and GUI.

3. Bug Fixes
- Fixed the issue with Simon's Passive skill activated incorrectly in Training grounds.
- Fixed the issue that some of the skills from Sapphire were not displayed on battle report.
- Creation of equipment will now correctly add points during Lord of Lords event.
- Healing during Alliance Conquest will now correctly counted in Active quests.
- Fixed display issue of the bonus from Sacred Temple.
- Fixed continuous display of red dots from Weirwood Memories event.
- Fixed some other minor bugs.

this is the update listed in game - but the red dots are still present so it may have not gone ahead or worked........
