If GTArcade are anything to go by a long ways off, they waited till server 100 for the first EU server - most of the whales never actually arrived at the server because of the advantage the US servers were given by this delay.
After all why would you pay when everyone who played US free is now effectively a whale to you.
I was hoping R2 would have learned this lesson, but its always the same - and whilst I will probably play the first EU server when/if it eventually appears there will be no cash going into it. -
half the players cant recharge for more then 3 weeks and arcade still didnt do anything about it
