I am having the same issue with the promo code.. I tried going to your link but where do you submit a ticket there.. I dont even see an option to submit one

If you click on any issue listed, at the bottom of screen is where the link to put in a ticket is http://www.r2games.com/support/?ac=ticket&ticket_type=7
