I want to report the problem when elegis a photo to a profile of your forum but as I see it happens to all the trouble to see the photo or this bug, a question to fix the problem and display photo

Yes, as long as the size of the gif does not exceed what the forum allows. If it's too large, it will not move.

-edit- so I was a little wrong, what i'm now noticing is, if i'm logged out and looking through threads, I can see avatars and when I relog, I can still see those i've seen, but say I go to a Thread i've not checked out and someone i've not seen post, leaves a post and I can't see that person's avatar or see their profile pic when looking at their profile.

-edit 2- Did a little digging and when I log out of the forums, it claims to clear cookies, now i'm not entirely sure, but when I return to a thread I was reading, any and all Pictures and Avatars are visible to me and then after I log back in I can still see said avatars, but if I go to adjust my own Avatar or as said above, check out a Thread elsewhere, i'll not see any Avatars.

Will see if I can provide examples.

Ok, so using Esme's post as an example from this thread:
So, before I log out, all I see is the following

Now, when I log out, the following appears

If I click on "Return to the page you were previously viewing" and go back to Esme's post, then I can see the Avatar

I can log back in and still see the Avatar, but if I leave for another thread, I cannot see their avatars.
