Need help on my purchased
Hi i have an account on Shards of Magic. My account is on gmt server 1. Id name: ktnguyen. Vip 15. Guild: dark horde. I purchased gems today but havent received it yet (2x3k gems). I tried to send a ticket to r2 but there is no SOM in the field to chose. That is why i have to post here for help. Please help me on my puchased. Many thanks.
