[Anomaly] Timing of Forum Posts
I get that you folks will try to curb "spam" or "fast posting" for a set number of seconds. However, what say anyone when you get something like this...
If an item tells me that I need to wait 15 seconds, I would expect to wait 15 seconds; not the 59 seconds the latter says of such. Or at least the time to wait should match the time of the expected wait (maybe less than the require time).
