How can I delete my R2Games Account

Hello!

I want to remove my R2Games account. I'm trying to send a ticket but I keep getting an error (Invalid parameter entered - please contact support. #21)
Please help.

There is no way to remove an account. If you reside in the EU, then you can have personally identifying information removed from the account under GDPR, but it does require a ticket be sent in.

Try going to https://www.r2games.com and making sure you are logged in. Then go to https://www.r2games.com/support. If you continue to get an error on the ticket page, please let me know what game you are attempting to send in a ticket under, and I will help check if there's an issue with the ticket system.
