You can have as many characters as you want.

He/she is kidding, For Wartune you can only have one character in one server, For Crystal Saga, you can have 3 characters on the character loading page.

The number of accounts a person can have is unlimited, wouldn't that equal having unlimited characters also? The question was how many character per server, not per account xD
