CTRL + V on paint or photoshop or corell or etc.
Save.
Either upload it here as an attachment OR upload to an image hosting website like photobucket, get the image URL, then there.

This moderator is unreliable, I'm serious -
When filing a ticket you can post a screenshot by clicking on the button "choose file" then a window will pop up. Click on the image or screenshot you want to upload then hit "open". The image will be attached in the ticket and finally post reply. You can also upload the image to www.tinypic.com and copy the direct link of the image.Comment
