No.. accounts can't be linked. However, if you play an R2 server with your facebook account, you can log in here with your facebook account, and not need to use your mail registered account at all, assuming you chose a different email to sign up with.
You should be able to go to www.r2games.com, click the F for facebook under the login fields, log in with your facebook account, then click forum from there. You can also head over to www.r2games.com/user and set a real name for yourself, since your automatic name will be numbers. Additionally, should you want to forgo logging in to facebook to play, you can access your server directly through the site with your facebook login by using the F for facebook login option on the game's homepage.New R2 Community Discord Server: https://discord.gg/VFMzFDqKq5
