why is there another version of wartune?

why would someone do this..

copy all the features and just renamed

well it's like crystal saga and crystal legacy and some other saga XD more ppl than r^2 have the right to the game concept , but they change name and some things in it so it's not exactly the same game but almost the same but the power and skills might be different ( thats what i can think of )

it's a licensing thing. like in wartunes 7 roads has licensed different providers the ability to host games with a license. It allows for more than one company to host the same game and develop their own shall we say flavor of the game based upon the same framework.
