In addition, the bookmark of the saved URL may still contain the word "http", please change it to "https".     Hi i have an account on Shards of Magic. My account is on gmt server 1. Id name: ktnguyen. Vip 15. Guild: dark horde. I purchased gems today but havent received it yet (5x3k gems). I tried to send a ticket to r2 but there is no SOM in the field to chose. That is why i have to post here for help. Please help me on my puchased. Many thanks.

    Tickets for mobile games go through the app. You need to tap on support in the game to be taken to your game's support page.

      There are tons of people that can't login since the Feb. 2, 2016 update. Are you guys working on this or just screwing a bunch of us out of money that we spent on your game? You need to at least open a support forum thread for Shards of Magic, as this reply is the only way I have been able to maybe get a response from someone on your team. You need to address soon.

          There is no support button in the game. I also bought the same pack and didn't receive my gems. Lurinuk PST-S1 server
