For recent R2 login issues, please log in through the website starting with "https": https://www.r2games.com. In addition, the bookmark of the saved URL may still contain the word "http", please change it to "https".     I have purchased the 3000 gem pack in shards of magic and have not received my gems yet. There is no support in the app or on the r2games website for this game.I will go through Google play and file a complaint if I have to.I just want my gems or my money back.

    I am not sure if Shards of Magic is experiencing the same issue with the recharge system as one of the other mobile games, which is currently being investigated, but you can contact support by email (which I am re-posting here for extra exposure) at shardsofmagic@r2games.com
