Is having the banner in signature thing only for the moderators? I seen BrotherVT and MemoryLane have it. Haven't seen anyone else with it.

You can only put a banner signature if your permissions are forum mod or higher.~Amanda and The R2Games Team

The little tab down there where you put things, so that when you post you comment, you don't need to type in the same thing everytime. Or it's simply a thing so that people know you.
