  • R2games pay mentors!!!

I write that I do not pay mentors for their work and they do it differently, as in the attached screenshot, mentors' voluntary service is a farce, players are misled that they are the same players as mentors!
Terra should not be allowed to be a GM, lack of culture and decency in the conversation, sheer brashness, any proposal that was made to improve the game was stopped by her!
they don't help players and don't tell the truth, that's the whole truth!

they delete every post I write, they are so afraid of the truth about themselves!

I deleted every post you wrote because you spammed the forum.

    Chill dude.

      Clarification, and for the record:

Yep, volunteers are thanked for their time and effort. We would publish this information, but we seek people who genuinely want to help. Most people know, either from having been a mod or mentor or having played with a mod or mentor, that there is a small compensation for the work put in. It's not enough to cause an imbalance. No one is going to be at the top of their server just because they get compensation for being a mod or mentor. We wish it could be more, but the devs always have the final say. I will also clarify that some volunteers opt out of receiving compensation, so just because someone is a mod or a mentor does not automatically mean they are receiving compensation. Participation in the program is voluntary, and participants are able to step down whenever they choose without repercussion, as long as they continue to abide by the rules that were agreed to when entering the program.

There are a lot of rules that mentors and mods have to follow in addition to the work they do, which they agree to in writing. The most important of which is maintaining confidentiality and trust. We help people with sensitive issues all the time, and we need to make sure those helping aren't going to exploit that knowledge. We are trusted with small amounts of personal information players share with us to help resolve their issues. Sharing screenshots of anything to do with the mentor or mod programs goes against the basic fundamentals of confidentiality and trust, and for that reason, posts with screenshots from the program will always be removed, and the punishment for doing so is harsh.

To address the comment of a "lack of culture and decency".. Please keep in mind that players are from all over the world. We have different cultures, different morals, and different thoughts about what is considered indecent. It is unethical to force your personal culture and morals on other people while a member of the mentor or mod program. Unless covered specifically by the Terms of Service or rules provided upon entry into the program, personal views do not matter in this context. It is your right to separate from the program if it does not align with your personal views, but there are still rules that must be followed, and are enforced.
