I am trying to submit a ticket to delete my r2games account, but the "Support > Ticket" page won't accept the Captcha no matter how many times I try. I've triple-checked to make sure I always enter the correct Captcha but it's not working.
I also sent an email to the r2games Support email but I haven't received any response yet. It has been a couple of days and the last time I needed to submit an email I got a response within hours so I'm unsure whether the delay is normal or not.
Does anyone know how to get it to accept the Captcha or whether I should send another email to support?
