Never created an account

Hi,
I never registered for an account on this page, but just recieved an e-mail saying I did.
I tried to find an support email, but all i could find was support@r2games.com which replays by saying I have to create a ticket.
In order to create a ticket I need du submit all kind of stuff like gameserver, character and so on. Since i never created this account, I don't know any of them, making me unnable to submit a ticket. How can I delete this account?
All i know is he submitted the username: Antoinettegq7p

I would really appreciate some help on this!

We are aware that you are saying you never created an account with R2games may i suggest you change your email password in case your email has been compromised We will see what we can do about deleting this account that was created in the hopes that you may create one in the future.
