I like the element of talking through microphone and video chatting so I decided to make an unofficial TinyChat for City Of Steam Players to meet and talk. I'm not sure if anyone has already made one or anything similar but I thought I'd post this here so more players can meet each other as so far I haven't talked to anyone in game and I find it hard to get a reply seen as not many people look at the chatbox which I am also guilty of forgetting to look.
