Delivery quest /cheating

ok i play in crimson grove and every single day theres a character name Haseo that does plumger in the delivery quest and he has another character named TriEdge that he uses in it to watch ppl and he then kills them off with his (main... Haseo) is this cheating ?
also i think he is trading stuff with both his characters with one another.
plz can you do something about this because i feel he is a cheater and its not fair for him to take avantage of the game.

Using alts is not cheating. It is allowed to trade between alts. It is also allowed to leave your alts in places you might want to see, before people see your main.

ok ty for the info but i still think its not fair for him to bully ppl in delivery quest he only kills ppl thats not his friend or ppl thats higher lvl then him.

Most people don't kill their friends. You are allowed up to 4 people to escort you in delivery, if you are being bothered by plunderers, then you should never be without escorts.

we had escorts (party) but haseo is a scion and he isnt giving anyone a chance to complete the quest for over a week now. he kills every one in every delievery quest some are lower lvl then me and he goes after them and me... any one he sees that isnt his friend or isnt in his guild... bam we are dead.

if thats what really happen then i can only say to bare with it until hes cooldown ,,, that just the way most overpowered player do ,,sadly mods and gms are recognizing it for it doesnt against the rule at all, its even part of game, so i come up with my own rules there at the forest, its still hurts but it does give me a little bit peace
