  • A Message to PlaySpan VIP Customers

    One of R2's major payment providers, PlaySpan, has recent updated their services. PlaySpan's change created a small error in the data catalogue of all VIP registrants through PlaySpan from October 8th to October 22nd, and if the data is not re-entered you will not be automatically enrolled for VIP benefits (you will also not be automatically charged anything). If the start of your billing cycle is between November 8th - November 22nd, and this purchase was made through PlaySpan, we ask that you re-subscribe to our VIP services. To re-enter the VIP subscription information, please see the following steps:

    1) Go to www.r2games.com
    2) Login to your account and select the“ R2 store “ tab
    3) Click on the VIP tab and pick the Game and Server from the drop-down menu
    4) Complete the payment process through PayPal's payment portal
