There should be a redeem page in-game on Mythborne for that purpose.
Someone who plays mythborne and used codes to redeem might be able to tell you in-game if you ask.

Yes you can only redeem code once per char. Guess this is a way to not encourage 130 accounts spamming rewards.

If you have redeemed a $20 package on WarTune for one character, you cannot redeem another $20 package for that same character. But you can still redeem a $80 package one.
