I lost 9 prizes because it would not take my codes said no event codes like them,just like I got banned from LoA's chat for three days because I called some women ISIS members and hag witches but all six women sent me the same address of a web site to go to so I went to it and it was an ISIS members only site and three of the women talked to me telling me who they are on LoA game I left site right away and deleted site from computer so I am not lieing when I call them ISIS members and a hag witch = grumpy old woman so I was not slamming them because they call me everything but nice but they had me banned for three days but game will not banned them because they spend 1000's of dollars on game and I don't spend as much. so this retired disabled Marine is going to file complaint with US GOVERNMENT the this gaming company is helping ISIS spread their Cupcakes throw the game to people all over the world

You as a so called "Retired Marine" should probably knows how it works even within the laws of US. Company holds no liability to what happens between users.
Those people who you are calling ISIS send you a message through in-game, but you used the wrong type of behavior to reply instead of just ignoring them. Then someone screenshot it and submitted it and get you and maybe as well them banned from chat.
And instead of rampaging here on forum, You, should have submitted a ticket about the codes and if it went wrong, keep submitting/replying to the ticket case...
