The code is too long for the box. Double click to highlight the code, right click copy, then paste it in the box. I just tested this, and I get an error, so if you also get an error, please then send a screenshot of the redemption record, and paste your full code, in a ticket at www.r2games.com/support

In 55/60, 60 is the total number of turns you've received for the entire event. You would only have 55 spins if you haven't been using them daily. It might be a display issue and you have 0 left. If the screen is not responding and you know you have spins left, refresh the page and try again.

their is a bug on edge browser were the full code for dragonbone 5$ pack doesn't not show fully so you may want use a different browser or use control a to highlight all redeem text and paste it to a text doc

The event does have a few compatibility issues with Edge. Thank you for your tip on how to get around those issues.

Tried redeeming for a pack for Dragon Pals - have enough points and haven't redeemed one yet but it says - too late you missed it. It's still the 5th?
