As you need to be logged into an account to post on the forum, I presume you're having an issue logging into a specific game? hi i am on awakening S9 and i purchased a package and after 4 hours still had not received a thing even though i put in a ticket right after it happen. Farther more for the last 4 day or so i have had to contact you guys for ever package i have put in to be issued. But when i asked why i have not received any feed back directly or in form to why the issue persist. After being with you as a member since at-least 2015 , so I would think, this would be a smoother action that what i have experienced lately.
