        As you need to be logged into an account to post on the forum, I presume you're having an issue logging into a specific game? If that's the case, please locate that game from the list at forum.r2games.com, select the Bug Reports and Support section for that game, and let us know what the specific issue you are having is.

          hi i am on awakening S9 and i purchased a package and after 4 hours still had not received a thing even though i put in a ticket right after it happen. Farther more for the last 4 day or so i have had to contact you guys for ever package i have put in to be issued. But when i asked why i have not received any feed back directly or in form to why the issue persist. After being with you as a member since at-least 2015 , so I would think, this would be a smoother action that what i have experienced lately.

            Please locate your game forum's Bug Reports and Support section and select a new topic. Be sure to include you character name and server so we can forward your concern to support and they'll know who you are.
