    I cant seem to figure out how to get the Joyous 2020 title frame in GoT WiC, could you please help me figure this out? It seems only select players are getting this, and it isnt obtainable for everyone... Thanks for the help...

        i cant get client to go past the check for new updates screen it always says check for updates failed and then i cant get in. i have cleaned computer and even unistalled and reinstall still cant play please fix before flash player is gone.

            every time i download client it gives me a new character,cant get in with my original character from browser,also now when i log in keep getting client download instead of game.

              Double check that you are on the correct account in the upper left corner of the client window. Be sure you are selecting the correct server from the Server drop down list.

                right account and server,every time i go to game from account it puts me to client download,if i download client it gives me new player not my account one.

                    I'm posting on this thread as my concerns are related to R2 client, I play Crystal Saga II.
                    When is R2Games going to fix the main issues, tomorrow is the deadline to stop supporting Adobe Flash, and as of today even when trying different version of the R2 Client (v0.7 and 1) I can't still play my game, I put in a ticket about the error I'm experiencing and everything I did to address it, yet they still replied with the same steps I already mentioned on the ticket in the first place (0 professionalism when giving responses from a template you should at least change it) and to be patient.

                    They're asking many players to be patient while they fix it when as of tomorrow the game will be taken down from the web browser, as they did last week and immediately revert it back due to a lot of problems.

                    Please, I'm asking you forum moderators that have close communication with R2 employees to find out any information that is available. The more information we get, the more it helps to be patient.

                      Just a couple things.. They didn't take the game down last week. They attempted to make sure everyone knows they need to move to the client by not making it optional. They agreed with our reasoning for why they should give us a way to bypass that requirement - for example Mac users who can't use the client - and so there will remain a way to bypass the client requirement, which is just a click on cancel on the pop up when attempting to play the game.

                      Adobe flash plugin will work fine until January 12th. Firefox won't be removing the plugin until the next update on January 26th. I haven't looked up when Chrome has set their update for. And while not free, Puffin is moving to a cloud based flash plugin, and will play flash content beyond 2021. I cannot recommend not updating browsers, plugins, or continuing to tell Adobe not to uninstall the flash player, but that'll still be an option.

                      They are working on fixing the bugs with the client, and holding off on adding features (like multi account support) until the core issues with the client are fixed. If you're running into a bug with the client, head on over to a bug report section and help us by creating a new thread and providing full steps to reproduce, along with your UID, operating system, and any other relevant information you can think of, so that the team can reproduce the issue and fix it. In the case of loading issues on CS and CS2, please locate an existing thread and add your name to it, and keep us updated on that as they are actively attempting to fix the issue.
