If they are anything like buying gold on Call of Roam I wouldnt bother it will just disappear on you. Says if you have an issue raise a ticket but no way to do that. Rip offf

You can send in a ticket through https://www.r2games.com/support/?ac=...&ticket_type=7. Posting everywhere except the Call of Roma forum isn't going to be much help for you.

In the R2 Store, select the amount of Gold Coins you want to purchase, then select R2 Coin as the payment method.

Easy to process to get r2 coins in your account, also can buy easily with all different payment method the game already has... but they add more r2 coins payment method... lmao
at least u get some over coins each time so once in awhile u get x amount of crystal (xtal) free depending on how much u got in ur r2 coins balance....

R2Coins are amazing. I think the slogan should be, "Buy now, use later". You can top up R2 Coins, have them stored and use them as per your convenience.
I have one question, I bought the coins on a different account by mistake (I blame the R2 Client), is it possible to have them transferred to the actual account it was intended in the first place?

Or more so, a feature I'd suggest is probably buying/sending R2 Coins to other players.
As well as events payouts, you could give away R2 Coins instead of in-game currency, this is perfect for a player who plays multiple games.

I used them with no problem, save 1. I tried to purchase 1 month vip, but there was no option to buy with r2 coins. I bought 1 week with them with no problem.

Dragon Awaken is the only game I can think of that has both a weekly and a monthly card, so my response will be related specifically to Dragon Awaken, but could apply to other games as well.

In the store, there's a tab for a weekly card and a tab for a monthly card. The weekly card has one option, and is able to be purchased using R2 Coins, because it is a one time purchase. The monthly card tab has two options, one option is a subscription which requires a payment source that can be drawn from automatically on a monthly basis, such as a credit card. The other option is a one time purchase of one month, which can be purchased using R2 Coins.

Head on over to the store page for your game on a browser, and check to see if you have a second option for the monthly card that does not say subscription on it.
