It also happened with me and the solution to all this is :
1. Server issue
2. Try on a different laptop or pc
3. reset ur browser settings
4. try a different browser

with the help of one of them u can open wartune successfully

Error on loading
i can't loading wartune may be error on page of r2game website. This happen after last maintenance till now. please check and fix error

Try using chrome instead... Maybe it will work!
