ZQ Game Player Problem

Hello I come to ask for help as I need to recover my character, I'm one of the players zq game and since they changed it, my character appears in the database of the game in S45 Exenden Realm but do not know how do I get myself, I need answers and you spend money on this character and no one gives me a solution please talk with Zenshiki and Ama (GM Zq) but they told me that you had me to solve it.
