Cant Log in on Kabam US East 78

anyone know or any GM can give info why i cant log in kabam s78? no MT announced like usually,no loading screen when clicked my server.need info pls,or maybe s78 server is DOWN? this is already 6 hours till now,thx before.

Yep same for me there is a note about maintenance for our server, but it says 8pm (GMT+8) so not too sure what time that means on e coast, but its down.

You will get 300k gold300k daru compensation for a 5 mill gold / daru WB were missing... great aint it...

lol,yeah bud,i see toruk nd sirens own all WB treasure,lol...bad day.fyi,this happen from 4AM server time,till now.but our new mergered server(S64 nd 69) can online like usually.i created dumb character to trying online via s69 before

I'm from S95 East and can't get online either. Just a black screen since 5 am this morning. Anyone know what's up?

You technically don't have to have your character name to file a ticket. I did (I'm iLikeCats....Hi Atlan :P), said I sent it succesfully but didn't send me a confirmation email like it promised (I know I spelled my email correctly) I think its a problem with the server or r2 all together. I used the link for the server which is https://tp.r2games.com/kabam/wtplay?...&serverid=5218 (for kabam s97) and it kept saying "Establishing secure connection" and "Waiting for tp.r2games.com..." which means it found the server but can't connect to it. I sent this information in the ticket itself as well.

in our merger server,only S64 nd S69 can login,nd the other like S78,82,95 nd 97 can't till now...this a patient like trial to heaven,damn

I did make a note here, but due to the severity of the issue I will come here as well. I have reported this issue to my bosses and they are a ware. They are working on getting this sorted out for you all. I do not know how long it will take to be sorted. However... as soon as I do hear something I will share what I know. I hope they can get this sorted out soon for you guys.

I have posted an update on this thread here. I will keeping any further information that I get posted there so do keep an eye on it guys.
