    How come its disappeared after day 3 on my new toon ( signed in today for day 3 and rewards are gone.)


    Whats the point of returning if they dont't give the rewards promised.

      i lost my Veteran icon too i sent ticket but nothing... I play on S742 name TwistedFate i played for 2 days i had til the 10th will i lose all rewards cause of that?

          I have now submitted ticket number 2 today as I am still owed 210k bound balens and 210k balens!!!!

            I have had a reply from my ticket.

            Apparently it has affected a lot of players since the maintenance update. They will inform us when it has been fixed.....

                I've been told uncollected rewards will be sent through in-game mail, soon.

                    And because nothing can be easy around here.. I was asked to post an announcement asking those affected to send in tickets. I presume they need to go through each person manually, to see what it is you're still owed so they can send it to you via ingame mail. The ticket is so they know which account's logs to look at. If you have already sent in a ticket, I recommend replying to it and mentioning that you are still waiting for your rewards just to keep it current.

                      i sent a ticket but keep getting the same auto-reply :/ and then no more reply ... does that mean i just do that in vain?

                        Probably because your ticket was from before the devs agreed on a solution. Bump your ticket or send in a new one.

                          I sent another one after seeing your post. that's why i posted on here about it. Each time i sent a ticket i would receive the same auto-reply and whenever i try to get more info they don't answer.

                            Your newest ticket has not yet been replied to, and all of your previous tickets were sent before the devs agreed to a resolution, which happened less than 12 hours ago. The reply you were given on those tickets was, at the time, the only information that was available. Please be patient now as tickets start moving forward for resolution, during normal business hours.
