    Advanced Guild Skills/Dev Potion will not work

    I go to guild skillls (the one that is not new), go to adv tab. I have more than enough development potion. I have been saving fang of fear and bought dev potion some today. Clicking on LEARN does nothing. I am not fully leveled. This is for the whole server...not just me. S597 user Xanthe. https://imgur.com/a/nxYTyfw
